One game in the NFC West (the AFC North club will face the NFC West team that finished in the same position in the previous year's rankings). Four games in the NFC South (each AFC North team will play all four NFC South teams). And finally, one game each in the NFC East and Northwest divisions.
In other words, there are five NFC North games every year, and you can count on at least one of them being interesting. The NFC North is by far the most competitive division in the NFL, with all four teams making the playoffs last season.
The NFC North is also very evenly matched, with all four teams possessing a chance of winning any given game. This makes for some great football throughout the entire season. If you're a fan of the Chicago Bears, you'll be happy to know that they currently have a better record than three of the other four teams in their division.
Cincinnati Bengals: 8-4 Last year: 5-11 You might think that with a new head coach in Marvin Lewis this would be a lost cause for the Bengals, but actually it looks like it could be a good thing for Cincinnati. In any case, they do still have A.J. McCarron under center so they haven't quit completely.
The four clubs from the opposite conference's division rotate every four years (four games). This is why, in 2021, the NFC West will face the AFC South. Two intraconference games will be played depending on the previous year's standings (two games). Otherwise, all interconference games would count for more than just one win or loss.
There were only six intraconference games between 1932 and 1949 due to the Great Depression. From 1950 to 2015, there were always seven since it was felt that enough time had passed to avoid making any one group of fans feel like they were being neglected.
In 2016, the NFL decided to add a second game between two teams from different conferences to help promote awareness of cancer charities. The winner of this game receives a bid to play in an annual charity bowl game. It is called the "NFL Honors" and is played in December. The winners of these games receive $250,000 each if they are not already qualified for the playoffs. If they are still playing after the first weekend, then their spot in the postseason goes to the next highest ranked team that is out of post-season contention.

Which team is best in the NFC? That's really hard to say since they're all very competitive.
The 32-team league is divided into two conferences: the American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football Conference (NFC). Each conference's 16 teams are divided into four divisions: East, North, South, and West. Each division comprises four teams. At the end of each season, the team with the best record in each conference is declared the winner of that conference.

The NFL champion is determined by a single game called the Super Bowl. It is played at the stadium of the first team to win its division title.

Then, each team in your division plays all four teams from a different division, but still inside your conference. These contests alternate every year on a three-year cycle. This implies that your AFC West squad will face each AFC North team once during the regular season. The only exception is if both teams are assigned to the same number of games as they have the same record at the end of the season. Then, the order in which they played would be determined by an algorithm based on various factors such as head-to-head records and strength of schedule.
The AFC South has been assigned to play the AFC East this year, so no game will be played between two West Coast teams. However, next year's schedule has not yet been announced. It could either be the AFC West vs. AFC North or the AFC South vs. AFC East.

The National Football Conference (NFC) Championship Game is the annual championship game of the NFC and one of the two semi-final playoff games of the National Football League (NFL), the major professional American football league in the United States. The game is played on the first Sunday of January at a venue selected by the host team, which must be able to accommodate the crowd of up to 80,000 people that attends the game. The winner advances to play the AFC Champion in the Super Bowl.
The NFC Championship Game is played a day after the NFL Draft takes place in Las Vegas. The draft determines which teams will participate in the playoffs; it is held eight days before the season starts. Teams can win or lose their way into the tournament; however, if a team wins its division they are automatically seeded 1 through 8 depending on how far they advanced last year. If a team loses their division they will be randomly assigned a number 1 through 4 depending on when they lost and who won each match-up.
Both the NFC Championship Game and the Super Bowl consist of four 15-minute quarters with no breaks for halftime. The only time it goes past four quarters is if there is a fourth overtime period. If the score is tied at the end of three quarters, another quarter will be played until one team pulls away enough to be declared the winner.
