He played for Manchester City, Chelsea, and Queens Park Rangers in the Premier League and Football League, the New York Red Bulls in Major League Soccer, the New York Red Bulls II and Phoenix Rising FC in the United Soccer League, and the England national team at senior international level.
Shaun Wright-Phillips played for three English clubs in the Premier League during his time as a professional footballer. His career started with Manchester City where he made over 100 appearances before being transferred to Chelsea in 2014. He later that year moved to Queens Park Rangers where he spent one season before moving back to Chelsea again. This time though he became their fourth striker when they signed him from Man City late into the 2015–16 season.
Wright-Phillips scored 16 goals in 44 appearances for Chelsea before being sold to New York Red Bulls in 2017. He finished his career with two seasons with New York Red Bulls II before joining Phoenix Rising in 2019.
During his time at Manchester City, Wright-Phillips was part of the team that won the FA Cup in 2012. He also helped the club achieve its first ever Premier League title in 2013. He left the club after failing to agree on new terms with manager Roberto Mancini.
After leaving City, Wright-Phillips had a short stint with New York Red Bulls before signing with Chelsea again.
Bradley Wright-Phillips, his younger brother, is also a professional footballer and the all-time leading scorer for the New York Red Bulls. He was born in Greenwich and raised in Brockley before attending Haberdashers' Aske's Hatcham College in New Cross Gate. The family moved to New York when Brad was 11 years old.
Shaun Wright-Phillips went to high school in Brooklyn before moving to Manhattan to attend Columbia University, where he played on the college soccer team from 1997 to 2000. During that time, he became one of only three players in NCAA history to score 50 or more goals during their career. After graduating from Columbia with a degree in journalism, he signed with English club Southampton in 2001. He moved to Chelsea a year later and has since played for several other clubs including AC Milan and Houston Dynamo. In 2007, he returned to his first club Southampton, but was released a few months later. He then joined MLS side New York Red Bulls where he has been ever present in the starting lineup since its inception in 2010. He currently plays as a forward.

He started his career at age 24 when he was hired by Manchester City as an editorial assistant. He worked there for three months before being released because they could not find space for him on staff.
After this unsuccessful attempt at finding work, he took up writing articles for various magazines including Q Magazine, The Face, and NME. In 2003, he landed a job as the musical editor for the UK edition of Elle magazine.
In 2004, he moved to London to work as a staff writer at i-D magazine.

Along with his brother, Bradley, he joined Major League Soccer team the New York Red Bulls in 2015. In 2017, Wright-Phillips joined Phoenix Rising FC. However, he was released at the end of the season.
Wright-Phillips began his career with hometown club Liverpool before joining Chelsea for £5 million in 2003. After failing to make an impact at Chelsea, he moved on to Portsmouth where he enjoyed more success, scoring 16 goals in 100 appearances. He then had brief spells with Leeds United and Toronto FC before joining New York Red Bulls in 2015.
After one season with the Red Bulls, he decided to retire from football at the age of 30.
He has been married to wife Louise since 2004. The couple have three children: two sons, Sullivan and Brayden, and a daughter, Harper Rose.
Before becoming a father, Wright-Phillips worked as a security guard to support his family while playing football. He later became one of the highest-paid players in MLS after signing a contract with New York Red Bulls worth $500,000 per year.
In 2014, he was nominated for the MLS MVP award but didn't win it.
Ince, who was born in Ilford, London, spent the most of his playing career at the top level, joining Manchester United after leaving West Ham United. After two years with Internazionale in the Italian Serie A, he returned to England to play in the Premier League for Liverpool, Middlesbrough, and Wolverhampton Wanderers. He then had a short stint in South Korea with Pohang Steelers before returning to England where he finished his career with non-league side Northampton Town.
Ince is the all-time leading scorer for Manchester United with 212 goals in all competitions and is one of only four players (along with Wayne Rooney, Diego Maradona, and Alan Shearer) to score 100 or more goals in UEFA Champions League history. He is also the only player to have scored in every season that the competition has existed. During his time at Manchester United, Ince won three FA Cups and one European Cup/Europa League. He left the club in 1999 after falling out with manager Alex Ferguson.
After retiring from football, Ince became a coach and manager, taking charge at a number of clubs in the English lower divisions before being hired by New York City FC as their manager in November 2016. He managed NYCFC until May 2017 when he was replaced by Patrick Vieira.
He later took over at HNK Rijeka in Croatia before being fired after just one game in charge.
In addition to Arsenal, he also played for Manchester City in the Premier League, as well as Peterborough United, Birmingham City, and Queens Park Rangers in the Football League. His stop from Sheffield United's Paul Peschisolido in the 2002-03 FA Cup was dubbed "one of the greatest ever."
Seaman made his debut for Arsenal in a 3-1 win over Sunderland on 14 August 1990. He scored his first goal for the club two weeks later against Leeds United at Highbury. In all, he played 171 games for the Gunners, scoring 32 goals before moving to City in 1993. There, he won the First Division title in 1994-95 after a last-minute winner away to Wimbledon. He left City by mutual consent in 1997 and had short spells with Peterborough and Birmingham before ending his career with QPR in 2000.
He returned to London during the 2001 season to see out his contract with QPR. He made a total of 5 appearances without scoring a goal for the Hoops.
After his retirement, Seaman took up a coaching position with City under-15s. He was given a hero's welcome when he returned to Emirates Stadium in February 2012 to watch his former team beat Chelsea in the FA Cup.
He later became a coach on Tyneside where he worked with the under-18s before leaving in October 2013 to take up a role with the Jamaica national team.
