Since 1969, just one original American Football League club had won the Super Bowl—the Raiders in 1976 and again in 1980. Only one club has ever won the Super Bowl under more than one head coach, the Raiders in 1976 and 1980 under John Madden and Tom Flores, respectively.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are the most recent National Football League (NFL) franchise to win the Super Bowl, defeating the Seattle Seahawks 24-10 on February 5, 2018 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Seahawks became the first team from a non-playoff season to win the title.

The Oakland Raiders were founded in 1960 as an expansion team in the American Football League (AFL). They moved to Los Angeles in 1982 and were renamed the Raiders in 1992. The team went 0-16 in their first season in L.A., but managed to win their next three titles by narrow margins: 34-28 over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1996, 23-17 over the Green Bay Packers in 2001, and 32-29 over the New England Patriots in 2002.

Curly Lambeau founded the Green Bay Packers in 1919. He also had a major role in bringing baseball to Wisconsin. Before he created the Packers, he was the manager of a variety store in Green Bay.
The store failed, but not before it earned him enough money to take a chance on a new team. Without any other options, he decided to start his own franchise. Within a few months, he had hired someone to build him a new stadium. Today, that stadium is known as Lambeau Field.
Lambeau managed the Packers for six years before he moved on to other projects. However, he left behind a legacy that continues to this day. The Packers have never had another owner like Curly Lambeau and they never will.
