The Chicago Bulls sell out their home games at United Center and have been a consistent presence in the NBA since 1991. With Michael Jordan at the helm, the Bulls won six championships in nine years from 1996 to 2004. Since then, they've missed the playoffs only twice while compiling a 749-733 record. They've also had two stints as NBA champions - in 2006-07 and 2008-09 when LeBron James and Kobe Bryant were with other teams.
United Center is the largest arena in Chicago and has been named one of the most beautiful buildings in America. The venue opened its doors in 1999 and has been able to fill it with fans from all over the world ever since. It features a number of unique aspects including an elevated floor section and a glass roof that opens during certain games and events.

There are several different ways to dress for a Chicago Bulls game. If you are planning to visit us before or after the game, then wearing team colors is recommended. We offer a wide selection of apparel for men and women that will have you looking like a fan while still showing your support for your favorite player.
Apparel ranges from T-shirts to sweatshirts to jerseys. Team colors are recommended, but black is acceptable if you want to show support for a particular player. You will also need a ball cap or headwear of some kind. The venue may have other requirements for what you can wear so check with us if you have any questions about what clothes are appropriate for the game.
Bulls games are usually held at night, so make sure to bring a flashlight. There are often long lines at the entrance to arenas waiting to get into tickets sales, so be prepared for this by bringing money for parking fees and concessions. Concessions include hot dogs, pizza, nachos, and more.

The United Center is located at 2180 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60616. The best way to get there from downtown Chicago is by train or car. Amtrak trains run frequently from Chicago's Union Station (200 East Randolph Street) to Milwaukee North Shore Station. The ride takes approximately an hour and 15 minutes. A cab from downtown to the United Center will cost you around $60. Park for free on game days with validation. Parking lots at the United Center are not included in the price of admission so make sure to bring along some cash if you want to park there.
Bulls games are always a lot of fun, but they can be expensive too. If you're looking for a cheap ticket, consider going when the Bulls are not competing well or when any particular player is likely to be injured.

The team has not announced any plans to sell tickets at the United Center.
The Chicago Bulls are a member of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The Bulls were named after the Chicago Union Stockyards, which were historically a prominent enterprise in the city. Fred Hoiberg is the current head coach. The team plays its home games at the United Center in downtown Chicago.
Before the NBA, Chicago had two other major professional sports teams: the NFL's Chicago Bears and the MLB's Chicago White Sox. In 1926, an attempt was made to start a fourth major league team, but it failed due to financial problems. The NHL's Chicago Black Hawks joined the league the following year and remain today's version of the Blackhawks.
In 1995, the NBA decided to expand into a new market, so they invited bids for eight available franchises. An investment group from Chicago, headed by Jerry Buss, offered to pay $140 million for the rights to four years in the league. The Los Angeles Lakers, then owned by Dr. Jerry Buss, were allowed to leave because they would not be able to pay their own way out of debt otherwise. The Bulls, Stars, Warriors, and Jazz all began play in 1996.
