The first pitch is scheduled at 3:15 p.m. The Cardinals will play the Milwaukee Brewers at Busch Stadium on Thursday, marking the start of the season and the first time the stadium has welcomed visitors in more than a year (544 days, to be exact) due to the COVID-19 epidemic. That's because MLB has suspended the season until further notice after the death of Cardinals player George Bell. He was 42 years old.
The game will be televised by FOX with Ken Rosenthal and Peter Gammons on the call. It will also be streamed live on the FOX Sports app.
The Cardinals open their season with a three-game series against the Brewers starting on Thursday, April 2nd. They'll then go on a 16-game road trip that includes stops in New York, Washington, Miami, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Colorado, Arizona, Houston, Chicago, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, and Florida.
St. Louis will be missing its entire starting lineup due to the suspension of the season. First base will be filled by Matt Adams, who made the move from Atlanta during spring training. Center field will be occupied by Jack Flaherty, who took over for Bell as the team's number one starter, while Jordan Peterson will man third base. Left field will be Chris Young's new home after he was traded from the Phillies earlier this month.
Army Navy 2020 Follow along as we cover the 121st Army-Navy game, which will be broadcast on CBS at 3 p.m. from Michie Stadium at West Point. The game can be seen online via CBS All Access and Amazon Prime Video.
The last five meetings between the two schools have been won by Army. Last season's game was held on December 8th at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia with Army winning 34-7. The previous four games had ended in a margin of 10 points or more with three of those being by at least 21 points.
This year's edition of the Army-Navy game is significant because it will mark the first time since 1992 that the two teams have not met during the regular season. That game was also played at Lincoln Financial Field and resulted in a 38-0 Army win. It was originally scheduled for September 7th but was postponed due to the NFL Labor Day Weekend series. It was rescheduled for November 4th but was again postponed due to weather conditions. The game will be played on January 1st at 3:00 PM ET on CBS.
Army has an all-time record of 24-12-1 against Navy with its last loss coming back in 1998 by a score of 46-7.

The Seattle Seahawks will be back on the football field in June for their third organized team activity. The session will take place on Thursday, June 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the University of Washington's Dempsey Indoor Facility. It will be the first OTA open to the public and fans can expect to see several key players participate in positional drills for the first time this offseason. Head coach Pete Carroll and other members of the staff will be on hand to answer questions from reporters following practice.
