Custom-built golf clubs need a 20% restocking charge and must be returned in original condition unless PING determines it to be a manufacturing error. Eligible custom-built clubs will get a return of 80% of the purchase price plus VAT. An extra shipping fee of £29.95 applies.
All other merchandise has a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned with all original packaging and labels, as well as with any additional documentation such as certificates of authenticity.
There are two methods for returning merchandise: online or by mail. For your convenience, PING has provided a return label that can be printed out via our website. The printable label is valid for the return of any PING product except those listed as restricted products. To use this label, simply go to www.returns.ping.com and click on the "Start Return" button. Next, you will be given the option of printing either a PING Factory Returns Envelope or a Freight Label. Your certified value will be reflected on a certificate which you will receive by mail. This value will then be used as a discount when you return for your new set of clubs. Your new set of clubs will be shipped to the address on file with PING. You will need to provide your own shipping container for the old clubs being traded in.
Ping warranties its equipment, so there is no need to worry about quality issues with used equipment. However, since technology changes so rapidly, it is recommended that you ask your sales representative about any future plans for the program before you agree to trade in your equipment.
