Alabama F1 has won their last 13 games dating back to the end of 2019 season. They opened the year with a 31-point win over West Virginia in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game on August 1, then went on to finish the regular season undefeated and hold all their opponents under 20 points.
The Crimson Tide finished the season as winners of the College Football Playoff National Championship after defeating Notre Dame 34-27 in overtime of the Sugar Bowl. It was their ninth national title and first since 2012.
Coach Nick Saban's squad received votes in both the AP and Coaches' Polls to capture the top spot this week. It is the third time that Alabama has been selected as the No. 1 team in the country. The other two times were in 2003 and 2004 when they won national titles respectively.
In the CFP Rankings, which take into account both polls, Alabama is ranked No. 1 for the second consecutive year. This is only the fourth time that has ever happened before winning the championship...

Following Alabama's 52-24 victory against previously undefeated Ohio State in the College Football Playoff national title game, the Crimson Tide become the only team with a perfect record. Alabama became the 62nd national champion in history to be undefeated all season. The last team to do so was Nebraska in 2002.
Alabama began the year with an opening-night win over Florida Atlantic in Disney World. In its next game, Alabama defeated Louisville by one point in Tuscaloosa to clinch at least a share of the SEC West title. The Crimson Tide then dominated Wisconsin in the Allstate Sugar Bowl for their third consecutive New Year's Six appearance. With the victory, Alabama finished the season 12-1.
After losing starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa for the season due to injury, Alabama opened its title game matchup against Ohio State with an overtime victory. Following the game, it was announced that Tagovailoa would need surgery on his right hip and would miss the rest of the season.
With Tagovailoa out, junior Jalen Hurts will take over as the starter for Alabama. During the regular season, Hurts completed 68 percent of his passes while throwing seven touchdowns against two interceptions. He also ran for six scores.
In the CFP championship game, Alabama faced off against Notre Dame.

College Football Win Totals for the upcoming 2020 regular season have been revealed, and bettors can now check the expectations for all 130 NCAA Division 1 FBS football clubs. During the 2019 regular season, three college football teams were undefeated, including the national champions, the LSU Tigers. The Virginia Cavaliers won the College Football Playoff National Championship, giving them a perfect record of 12-0.
The LSU Tigers started the year with top spot in the odds bookmakers' rankings, but they lost their first game of the season against Miami (OH). After that defeat, they dropped to second place, just behind Alabama. However, they returned with two straight wins over Florida and Ole Miss, putting them back in front of the pack again. They closed out the regular season with another victory over Texas A&M, finishing with a 10-1 record.
In the SEC, there's always going to be at least one team in contention, and this season it's Georgia who seem to be heading for success after an opening day win over Auburn. If LSU can get over the loss of their star player Derrius Guice, then there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to contend for another championship. In the other big conferences, Ohio State is still considered the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy winner. However, there are several other candidates such as Alabama's Chase Young or Oregon's Justin Herbert.
The Atlantic Coast Conference football winners are comprised of 11 separate teams that have won the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) collegiate football title since its inception in 1953. Since then, sixteen different teams have played in the league.
In football, the teams with the best conference records from the Atlantic and Coastal Divisions play in the ACC Championship Game for the conference title. The volleyball title is awarded based on regular-season play. From 1954 until 1972, and again in 1979, the ACC baseball champion was determined by regular season finish.
Clemson also won the National Championship in the Orange Bowl, defeating Nebraska. Clemson was unbeaten against ACC opponents, although they were ineligible for the league title in 1983. As a result, Maryland won the title despite the fact that its loss to Clemson did not count against its conference record.
