Peyton Manning is the only starting NFL quarterback who has won a Super Bowl with two separate NFL teams as of 2021. He won rings with the Indianapolis Colts in 2014 and 2019, and the Denver Broncos in 2016.
In fact, no quarterback has won the Super Bowl with more than one team. The last one to do so was Tom Brady, who won his fourth ring in 2020 with the New England Patriots.
Manning is still playing at age 39, which means he has many more years in him. But given his history of neck problems, it's important that he find a way to get into the offseason program in an effort to be ready for the start of the season.
Brady will be 40 during the 2025 season. Philip Rivers will be 38 in 2018, and Aaron Rodgers will be 36 in 2019. All four of these quarterbacks are already dealing with injuries, and none of them have been able to play a full 16-game season since 2015 when Rodgers broke his collarbone.
Even if these quarterbacks are able to stay healthy, they are all coming off of serious knee surgeries.
Peyton Manning is the only starting quarterback to win two Super Bowls with two different teams. In 2006 with the Colts and in 2015 with the Broncos, Clearly, this answer is now dated. Tom Brady in 2021 won the Super Bowl for the Tampa Buccaneers, having won 6 previously with the New England Patriots.
Manning was able to do this because he played both of his championship games with one team. If he had played all three games with different teams, then he could not have started either game.
This issue came up last year when Drew Brees played one divisional game with the Saints and another with the Chargers. He did not start either game but was able to finish them both. If he had not been able to finish either game, then it would have been considered a loss by default.
The 2019 season will be the first time since 2007 that a single player will have won the Super Bowl with two different teams. New England's Brady won his sixth ring that year.
In addition to Manning and Brady, no one else has won multiple Super Bowls with different teams. The closest any other player has come is Joe Montana who has won three with the 49ers and one with the Chiefs.
It is very rare for a player not from an established franchise to win the Super Bowl.

Manning and Brady are the only quarterbacks to win Super Bowls with multiple franchises. They are also the only quarterbacks to win a championship while playing for their current team; Warner lost his first two championships with the St. Louis Rams before winning his third with the Arizona Cardinals.
Manning and Brady have both been named MVP after leading their teams to victory in the Super Bowl.
Manning is the youngest player to win the award. He was 26 years and 319 days old when he won the MVP following the 2015 season. Brady is now tied with Jim Plunkett at age 26.
What, two Super Bowls? Manning had an impressive 18-year career as the Colts' (1998–2011) and Denver Broncos' (2012–15) starting quarterback, winning two Super Bowls and defeating each of the current 32 NFL organizations. He was named MVP both times.
His overall record is 62-42 with a.583 win percentage. He's one of only three quarterbacks (Brett Favre, Tom Brady are the others) to start more than one game in a season multiple times during their career.
Manning was also the leader of two undefeated teams: The Indianapolis Colts were 16-0 in 1999 before losing at home to the Baltimore Ravens 17-16 when Tony Dungy called his play-calling routine "garbage" after the game; and the Denver Broncos were 14-0 in 2013 before losing at home to the Baltimore Ravens 30-24 when John Fox called his play-calling routine "boring" after the game.
He announced his retirement on April 23, 2015 after suffering a neck injury the previous week against the New York Giants. He finished his career with more than 60,000 yards passing and is currently third all-time behind Brady and Peyton Manning.
In addition to his career as a player, Manning has been involved in several controversies throughout his career.
It's worth mentioning that the renowned quarterback only has one Super Bowl victory to his name. The Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 28-22 in Santa Clara, California, on February 8, 2013.
That's no doubt an achievement to be proud of, but it's also something that many great quarterbacks have failed to match. For example, Joe Montana went undefeated in the playoffs during his career and won three Super Bowls in the process, while Roger Staubach was the leader of one of the most successful teams in NFL history and he still hasn't managed to win a single playoff game.
Rodgers is certainly not alone in failing to deliver success to his team. In fact, out of the 10 most successful QBs in NFL history, nine of them have at least one Super Bowl victory to their names. The only exception is Brett Favre, who retired with a poor record (18-45) despite having several excellent seasons throughout his career.
This shows that winning the Super Bowl isn't just a matter of luck or quality of opponent; there must be something special about these players that makes them able to succeed in the biggest stage of all professional sports.
They are the only two quarterbacks who have made more than four Super Bowl starts. While making it to the Super Bowl is a significant accomplishment, winning is what counts most. A single quarterback has won six Super Bowls. The other three starters have each won just one game.
The six-time champion Brady is the greatest quarterback of all time, so it's no surprise that he leads the way with six Super Bowl wins. He's also the only player to ever win five games in a row. The last time someone did this was in 2005 when Brady went 5-1.
The five-time champion Manning is second on the list and is one victory away from being tied with Brady. He has won three Super Bowls with the Indianapolis Colts and has lost another three games in the big game. If Manning wins tonight then he will be tied with Brady for the most Super Bowl victories.
Romo is the only other quarterback to win more than one Super Bowl. He's also the only other starter who has won a championship. Romo led the Cowboys to their first Super Bowl victory in 2009 after defeating the Steelers 24-13 in the NFC Championship Game.
Brady and Manning are the only two players with at least six Super Bowl wins. They're also the only two players with at least five rings.
