The TIAA Bank Field Jaguars/Arenas/Stadiums in Jacksonville Jacksonville Municipal Stadium is a football stadium in Jacksonville, Florida, near to the St. Johns River. It is the home stadium of the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. The stadium opened in 1994 and has a total capacity of 67,928.
The stadium is owned by the city of Jacksonville but operates under a contract with the Jaguars. The team pays $80 million in rent over 20 years while the city invests an additional $120 million in improvements to the facility.
